Dorian Lange, CEO and Co-Founder
Dorian is responsible for the management, administration and business development for multi-disciplinary specialty clinics throughout central Arizona that provides integrative treatment protocols for pain management, physical and rehabilitative medicine. Developed the initial business plan and implemented the strategic planning from startup to a multi-million-dollar medical specialty organization. Hired health care staffing including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists and nurses to provide patient care via specific clinical protocols. Formed strategic alliances with other health care organizations, hospitals, nursing homes, primary care physicians and other practitioners to maximize referrals and enhance revenue. Managed and coordinated all business development activity including print, internet, social media and public engagements. Worked with senior organizations on Wellness Medicine, anti-aging and pain management and gave numerous presentations to small and large consumer groups as well as health care agencies and organizations.
Well versed in Six Sigma process improvement. Working knowledge of various EHR systems. Knowledgeable with 340B Drug Pricing Progams. Proficient in Managed Care, PBMs, ACOs and Revenue Cycle Management. Well versed in Medicare and Medicaid billing processes as well as most commercial insurance carriers. Utilized my extensive Pharmacy experience to develop profit centers in IV infusion, specialty pharmacy product lines, compounding, hormonal replacement and drug regimen consulting.
Advisory Board Member of various purchasing groups (GPO’s) for the Greater New York Health Care system including Premier, Essensa and Innovatix. Also, served as a Committee Member for the implementation of membership ACO’s. Active in the central and northern area health care system ACO Network with member hospitals.
Heather Yorba, Director of Human Resources
As an Arizona native, Heather was born and raised in Cottonwood. She attended school locally at Mingus Union High & Yavapai Community College. She is happily raising her three kids in the community she grew up in.
Heather has been in finance for 16 years. Starting in the banking community she quickly was able to move up within the banking industry. This experience gave her the opportunity to find her passion working with business both small and large. During her time working in the merchant service industry, Heather managed small local business as well as large high-risk businesses.
Stella Crozier ASC Administrator & Billing Manager
Stella holds a BA in Business Management and MA in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix. She has worked in medical billing and coding since December 1992. She loves health care and the “paperwork” aspect of her job. She has been a certified coder with AAPC since 1993 and just recently received her certification with AHIMA in 2018. She currently works as the Administrator of Northern Arizona Spine
and Pain Center as well as Cottonwood Day Surgery Center. Stella manages the coding, billing, aging and payment posting. This includes the management of the Ambulatory Surgery Center and pain clinic. Medical Billing and coding are her passion.
Stella has been married for 26 years with two wonderful kids. She enjoys reading, watching the Miami Dolphins and adult coloring in her free time.
Angela Gavelli, Clinical Coordinator/Director of Marketing
Angela has over ten years of experience working with patients for the promotion of holistic health. She has experience as a body physician working in massage therapy, assisting in aid at Physical Therapy clinics, and working alongside medical professionals in outpatient and inpatient environments for pain management. Angela joined our team as a Clinical Coordinator as a means to continue her pursuit of healing practices that promote the long-term health of our patients. Angela has worked with individuals across the spectrum ranging from elite and Olympic athletes to geriatrics. Angela enjoys yoga, exercise, reading, and spending time with her family.
Ted Fulop, LAC
Ted graduated Summa Cum Laude from Illinois Medical in 1991 with a specialty in Cardio Pulmonary. He has completed coursework and extensive clinical training in Acupuncture and oriental medicine from the Midwest College of Oriental Medicine as a diplomate.
Ted offers a multi-dimensional approach providing a unique framework of health services. A patient can present any illness related to inflammation, energetic imbalances or wants to boost their immune system. Ted has the resources to help a patient to get back on their journey to health and well-being.
